• PARTICIPATION & WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Students are added on a first-come, first-served basis for all sessions. Full payment is required upon registration unless arrangements with SCl management have been made in advance.

SCL agrees to provide educational instruction, activities and competition in various fields of enrichment and learning during the scheduled instruction hours. SCL reserves the right to cancel or move any class that does not meet the enrollment requirements or would be better served at a different day or time. It is the responsibility of the student to attend instruction sessions.

Students withdrawing from any class at least 72 hours in advance receive a full refund - less a $25 processing fee.

Students withdrawing before the second class receive a 50% refund.

No refunds are given after the second class, regardless of attendance.

Students withdrawing from week-long camps must cancel no later than one week prior to the start date to receive a full refund - less a $50 processing fee.
